How HCG Hormone Make Sure You’re Comfortable While Losing Weight Rapidly

There are things you have to carefully consider when you are thinking of employing the HCG weight loss program to solve your weight problem. One, of course, is the diet which is very low calorie.  Another is the HCG hormone.  You have to prepare well for the diet since the level of calorie consumption that it allows – 500 calories a day – is perhaps one of the lowest of any diets around. You are required to take 125 IUs to 200 IUs of the hormone daily for 23 days while you are undergoing the diet at the same. You can do it once a day in case you selected the HCG injections or thrice a day if you are doing it through the HCG diet drops.  

No question, the drops is the more convenient method. It’s cheaper and it requires less time to administer. Simply drop fifteen drops of the hormone underneath your tongue twenty minutes before meals or after meals, I case it slipped your mind, hold the hormone for 15 seconds and then swallow. There no dangers involved unlike the injections which induce anxieties and possible abnormal blood pressure because of the pains. Blood clotting is another potential problem.

HCG is an effective hunger pang suppressant and makes the metabolism work fast. It effectively prevents side effects but you have to follow the diet protocols and choose the method of administration wisely.
